ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteI was very eager to read Life of Pi but did not really liked it. I guess, I'm just not used with the way the author wrote the novel. I was really confused with the way he wrote it. But I am not saying this is the worst, I still learned a few lessons from this novel. :))
ReplyDeleteI guess, what I like about reading is that while I am actually reading the book, I am taken away to certain places I've never been and I can even see myself as one of the characters. I involve myself. They laugh, I laugh. They cry, I cry. That, I must say, is the best experience only a book can give. :))
ReplyDeleteI love meeting new characters.
ReplyDeleteI would certainly be Hermione Granger. I am bookish and I love to read. I like studying and finishing school in flying colors, too.

ReplyDeleteThe worst book I read was Darkest Heart by patricia pellicane. It was just plain bad. I later learned she usually writes really explicit romantic type books and I've never read any of those but this one was just the worst thing I've ever read. Usually I like everything I read and find good things about everything, but not this one. Just don't do it!
